Turnkey Plants
In biogas plants organic material (mostly corn or gramineous silage and liquid manure) are fermented in digesting tanks. This produces methane gas. Subsequent this biogas is converted into electricity in combined heat and power aggregates (CHP). The electrical energy produced can be fed into the power grid while the produced heat is used to maintain the temperature in the digesting tank or as district heating (DH).

Instead of the CHP a gastreatment and supply station can be build up. This station purifies the biogas to the quality of natural gas and feeds it into the gas network.

We design your biogas plant, select the required parts, produce, assemble and start the plant up. A classical biogas plant consists of the following components:

  • Substrate management
  • Digester Postdigester Digestate storage
  • Mixing devices
  • Pumping devices
  • Biogas purification
  • Utilization of the biogas / CHP
  • measurement and control technology
